Choose Your Portrait Size

• 40 cm: A refined, compact format best suited to one clear face.
• 50 cm: Greater visual presence and improved facial detail for one person.
• 60 cm: Recommended for the clearest result and required for portraits featuring two faces.

Larger sizes generally reveal finer detail. For the best result, send a clear, well-lit photograph with good contrast and a clearly visible face. Our team will inspect your image and help you choose the most suitable size.

Personalize the Finish

• Lighting: Choose no lighting, integrated white LED lighting, or RGB lighting with a remote control.
• Display: Select the included classic wall hanging, a golden or bronze suspension chain, or a transparent plexiglass stand.
• Engraving: Add a laser-engraved name, date or personal message.

How Your Portrait Is Created

1. Send your photograph. Share one or more clear images with our team.
2. Choose your options. Select the size, lighting, display and engraving that suit your space or occasion.
3. Review the composition. Our studio prepares your personalized design for approval, normally within 48 hours.
4. Confirm your order. After approval, a 50% deposit confirms production. Payment can be arranged through OMT, BOB Finance, Whish Money or another agreed method.
5. We craft your portrait. Your approved image is carefully recreated using precisely arranged thread.
6. Receive your finished artwork. Delivery is arranged to your address, or you can collect it from our workshop in Kornayel or our office in Dekwaneh.

Production Service

• Standard service: Approximately 12 days from order confirmation.
• Express service: Approximately 5 days with self-pickup, available for an additional charge.
